Given the links between companies and their employees and the consequences of this relationship at the time of recruitment and individual or collective dismissal, and given the proliferation of employment litigation within enterprises, ACR has established a special department dealing with social law.

It informs investors of the content of collective agreements giving them the necessary consultations in connection with individual or collective dismissal. It provides the opportunity to represent them before labour council courts and the various courts.
