  Maître Mohamed Moncef Barouni, Avocat à la Cour de Cassation

Né en 1948. Licencié en droit de la Faculté de droit et de sciences économiques de Tunis. Titulaire du diplôme de l’Ecole Nationale d’Administration. Inscrit au Barreau de Tunisie depuis 1972. Membre du Conseil économique et social pendant 6 ans. Ancien Président Mondial de la Jeune Chambre Economique. Ancien Président de la Chambre de commerce Tuniso-américaine. Membre fondateur d’ACR.

Born in 1948. Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences of Tunis. Holder of a diploma from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration. Admitted to the Bar of Tunisia in 1972. Member of the Economic and Social Council for 6 years. Former World President of the International Junior Chamber. Former President of the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce. Founding member of ACR.

   Maître Adel Kaaniche, Avocat à la Cour de Cassation

Né en 1948. Licencié en droit de la Faculté de droit et des sciences économiques de Tunis. Inscrit au Barreau de Tunisie depuis 1975. A assuré différentes fonctions administratives et judicaires avant d’exercer la profession d’avocat. Elu à l’Assemblée Nationale en 1989, il a présidé la commission de la législation générale et de l’organisation administrative. Conseiller auprès de différentes associations à caractère social, syndical et sportif. Membre fondateur d’ACR.

Born in 1948. Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences of Tunis. Admitted to the Bar of Tunisia in 1975. He practised various administrative and judicial responsibilities before becoming lawyer. Deputy in 1989, he chaired the Committee on legislation and administrative organization. Adviser to various social associations, trade unions and sports associations. Founding member of ACR.

  Maître Ahmed Benmansour, Avocat à la Cour de Cassation

Né en 1936. Licencié en droit public de la Faculté de droit et des sciences économiques de Tunis. Il a exercé dans l’administration, spécialisé dans la gestion administrative (personnel et moyens). Il a été nommé conseiller-président de la section instruction au Tribunal administratif en 1973, Commissaire du Gouvernement et président de chambre jusqu’en 1996. Chargé de cours auprès de l’Ecole Nationale d’Administration et de l’Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Membre conseiller auprès d’associations représentatives et du mouvement scout Tunisien et international. Ancien membre du comité directeur de l’Association Tunisienne de Sciences Administratives. Membre fondateur d’ACR.

Born in 1936. Law degree in public law from the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences of Tunis. Served in the administration, specializing in administrative management (staff and resources). Appointed president of the instruction section of the Administrative Tribunal in 1973. Government Commissioner and President of the Chamber until 1996. Lecturer at the Ecole Nationale d'Administration and Institut Superieur de Gestion. Advise member of representative associations of Tunisian and international Scouts. Former board member of the Tunisian Association of Administrative Sciences. Founding member of ACR.

محامى لدى التعقيب مولود سنة 1936 متحصل على الاجازة في الحقوق (شعبة القانون العام )من كلية الحقوق و العلوم الاقتصادية و السياسية بتونس عمل بالادارة و تخصص في التصرف الاداري ( الاعوان و الوسائل) انخرط في سلك القضاء الاداري منذ سنة 1973 و تدرج في وظائف المحكمة الادارية (مجلس الدولة ) كلف بخطة مستشار رئيس قسم تحقيق مندوب دولة و رئيس دائرة الى سنة 1996  كما كلف بالتدريس بالمدرسة الوطنية للادارة و بالمعهد الاعلى للتصرف عضو مستشار بمنظمات نيابية وكشفية تونسية و عالمية عضو سابق بالهيئة المديرة للمنظمة التونسية للعلوم الادارية. عضو مؤسس لمجمع المحاماة و الاستشارة. 

  Maître Naïm Ben Hariz, Avocat à la Cour d’appel

Né en 1964. Titulaire de la Maîtrise en droit privé de la Faculté de droit de Casablanca. A entamé sa carrière professionnelle auprès du plus important groupe phosphatier. De cette expérience, il en a tiré un savoir-faire important en matière d’échanges commerciaux et de contrats internationaux. Membre auprès de plusieurs associations nationales. Doté d’une grande expertise en matière d’investissement agricole, touristique et industriel. Expert en matière de financement notamment celui relatif aux institutions financières islamiques. Inscrit au Barreau de Tunisie depuis 1996. Membre fondateur d’ACR.

Born in 1964. Master degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Law of Casablanca. Began his career with the most important phosphat group. From this experience, he has taken know-how in matters of trade and international contracts. Member of several national associations. Great expertise in agricultural investment, tourism and industry. Expert in funding including that relating to Islamic financial institutions. Admitted to the Bar of Tunisia in 1996. Founding member of ACR.

محامي لدى الاستئناف مولود سنة 1964 متحصل على الاستاذية في الحقوق شعبة القانون الخاص من كلية الحقوق بالدار البيضاء بدأ حياته المهنية بأهم مجمع لانتاج الفسفاط و هو ما مكنه من اكتساب خبرة واسعة في مجال المبادلات التجارية و العقود الدولية ينشط في عديد الجمعيات على المستوى الوطني و يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في مجال الاستثمار الفلاحي و السياحي و الصناعي ، كما أنه له دراية واسعة في مجال التمويل بما في ذلك المتعلق بالمؤسسات المالية الاسلامية وهو مسجل بجدول الهيئة الوطنية للمحامين منذ سنة 1996. عضو مؤسس لمجمع المحاماة و الاستشارة.  

 Maître Kais Belghith, Avocat à la Cour d’appel

Né en 1974. Titulaire de la Maîtrise en droit de la Faculté de droit de Sfax. Docteur en droit monétaire et boursier de la Faculté de droit de Montréal. Considéré parmi les experts en matière de placements financiers et de droit de la bourse. A enseigné à Montréal. A exercé la profession d’avocat au sein d’un grand cabinet au Canada avant de rejoindre ACR où il dirige la succursale ACR de Sfax, 2^ème ville de la République Tunisienne. Membre fondateur d’ACR.

Born in 1974. Law degree from the Faculty of Law of Sfax. Doctor of monetary law and stock exchange law of the Faculty of Law of Montreal. Considered among the experts on financial investments and stock exchange law. Taught in Montreal. He practised as a lawyer in an important law firm in Canada before joining ACR where he heads the branch of ACR Sfax, 2^nd city of the Tunisian Republic. 

محامي لدى الاستئناف مولود سنة 1974 متحصل على الاجازة في الحقوق من كلية الحقوق بصفاقس تابع دراسته العليا بكلية الحقوق بمونريال آين تحصل على الدكتوراه في مجال القوانين المالية و البورصة يعتبر من ذوي الخبرة في مجال التوظيف المالي و قوانين البورصة تولى التدريس بمونريال و باشر مهنة المحاماة في أحد المكاتب الهامة بكندا قبل ان ينضم الى مجمع المحاماة و الاستشارة اين تولى الاشراف على فرع الشركة بمدينة صفاقس المدينة الثانية بالجمهورية التونسية. عضو مؤسس لمجمع المحاماة و الاستشارة.
